Booking and payment terms

• A deposit of 30% of the accommodation price is required.
• The balance of your price must be paid at least ten weeks before arrival date.
• If you fail to pay in full ten weeks before arrival date your holiday will be cancelled. If you book within ten weeks prior to arrival date this will be classed as a late booking and we must receive full payment by bank draft before we can confirm your booking.
• Customers are required to provide for themselves all necessary insurances against personal injury, damage, theft, cancellation, delay, etc.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Cancellations of bookings will not entitle guests to any refund, even if cancellations would have been occasioned by force majeure or restrictions related to COVID 19 or other health restrictions.

Arrival & Departure

• Unless otherwise stated, check in is from 3pm onwards.
• All properties must be vacated by 10am in order for us to prepare the property for the next incoming guests.

General Property rules

• No visitors are allowed on the premises without our express permission.
• Absolutely no pets are allowed unless by written agreement from the owner.
• We are not responsible for any noise or disturbance going on in the nearby area such as traffic or construction works.
• Water, electricity and gas consumption are included in the price.
• Maid service is provided once a week for rentals of more than 7 nights.
